Modular discharge station for big bags

Flexible bulk materials receptacles such as big bags have become firmly established for handling powders in a variety of branches. They have clear advantages over sacks when it comes to transporting and storing bulk materials. They are environmentally friendly, require less operating staff and storage space and reduce costs for transport and processes.
Apart from free-flowing bulk materials, poor-flowing products can also be discharged reliably using appropriate discharge aids.

AZODOS® type P … DV, type P … DW

The AZODOS® type P…DV for volumetric dosing of powder products into weighing and production processes. The unit can be used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and plastics industries wherever coarse/fine flow at a uniform mass flow rate is required.
In connection with a weighing device, the unit can be built up to the AZODOS® type P...DW dosing system for gravimetric product feed to production processes. The unit can be used as a negative scale to meter product in precisely dosed quantities.

Vacuum weighing system

Vacuum weighing systems are designed to transport bulk quantities to a predetermined location in the automatic production process and to weigh them precisely before they are transferred into the mixing processes. The systems consist of conveying scales, a multiport valve and an electromechanical weighing device. A variety of concepts can be used, dependent on the application, such as a single pipe system, a multiple-pipe system, a central weighing system or even a suctioning mixing vessel.
